  • IMPORTANT! Don’t forget to bring your laptop and headphones for virtual connections.
  • Please review the map of the property with locations noted.
  • Download the Meeting Map above for room assignments. Most meeting space is located on the first level with a few being on the second, please review the map to help guide you.
  • The Tuesday reception will be held outside (weather pending), please check temperature and pack appropriately.
  • Dress is business casual.

Registration

Reneé will be in the South Foyer on 1 April starting at 0630 to pick up your badge.

Meals

  • Breakfast will be provided to everyone on Tuesday morning at 0730-0830 in the Foyer.
  • Lunch on Tuesday for subcommittees will be on your own.
    • The hotel will have lunch available in the Windows Café from 1145-1300 – please make plans to eat in the hotel, special arrangements have been made by the hotel for a quick lunch buffet.
    • There are places within walking distance should you want to get out of the hotel.
    • A restaurant list will be available at the South Foyer registration desk.
  • Reception, Tuesday evening will be on The Patio at 1745; reception is outside, and the evening looks like cool weather.
  • Dinner, Tuesday evening will be in the Gallery at 1900 following Teambuilding Recap and Awards.

Be sure to check emails for your information on golf/pickleball. If you have any questions, reach out to Michael O’Connor at moconnor@trideum.com for golf and Christina Bouwens at Bouwens_Christina@bah.com for pickleball.
