- Please review the map of the property with locations noted.
- Download the Meeting Map above for room assignments. Most meeting space is located on the first level with a few being on the second, please review the map to help guide you.
- The Tuesday reception will be held outside (weather pending), please check temperature and pack appropriately.
- Dress is business casual.
Registration
Reneé will be in the South Foyer on 1 April starting at 0630 to pick up your badge.
Meals
- Breakfast will be provided to everyone on Tuesday morning at 0730-0830 in the Foyer.
- Lunch on Tuesday for subcommittees will be on your own.

- The hotel will have lunch available in the Windows Café from 1145-1300 – please make plans to eat in the hotel, special arrangements have been made by the hotel for a quick lunch buffet.
- There are places within walking distance should you want to get out of the hotel.
- A restaurant list will be available at the South Foyer registration desk.
- Reception, Tuesday evening will be on The Patio at 1745; reception is outside, and the evening looks like cool weather.
- Dinner, Tuesday evening will be in the Gallery at 1900 following Teambuilding Recap and Awards.
