Schedule
All I/ITSEC 2005 exhibit and conference activities will be located
in the Halls A4-C of the West Complex unless otherwise noted. Hours
shown are based on I/ITSEC 2004 and subject to change.

Booth Packages
For exhibitors who request more than just the standard pipe
and drape, we are pleased to offer custom booth packages. These
booths are located in designated areas throughout the exhibit
hall, and each area is highlighted with an alternate aisle carpet
color to catch the attendee's eye. Booths are made of hard-wall
material and include many upgrades as noted.
Custom Booth Accessories
- Light gray hardwall booth
- Deluxe plush blue carpet w/thick foam padding
- Three (3) Stern Spotlights (power not included)
- (2) Modular System Cabinets
- (2) Fabric Counter Stools
- (1) Black 6 pocket literature stand
- (1) Wastebasket
- Daily Cleaning
- One graphic header logo per 10x10 booth
- Transportation/Handling of all rental properties (does not
include exhibitor drayage)
- Installation/Dismantle labor included
- (1) 4' plant and (2) large ferns
Booths cannot be altered from the original designs, and items
included in booth packages can not be substituted. All additional
items ordered, will be direct billed to the exhibitor by Brede
Exposition Services. Brede will contact exhibitor coordinator
to confirm booth option selected, and review furnishings along
with any additional accessories the exhibitor may require.
Custom Booth Prices

10x10 Custom Booth: $5,500.00

10x20 Custom Booth: $10,000.00
Subletting or sharing of booths with another company is prohibited. If a company
shares/sublets a booth with another company they are subject
to an additional fee of $1,000.00

Mailing Lists
As you may know, NDIA/NTSA-I/ITSEC does not sell or rent mailing
lists. However, for I/ITSEC Exhibitors, there is an alternative.
For those who exhibited the previous year, or who've contracted
and paid for the current year, we will pull a mail list for you
at no charge. The list is for hard-copy only (no phone, fax, or
e-mail information is included), one-time use per request. Additional
requirements are on the request form.
