Car Rental

NTSA has arranged for the Hertz Company to be the official car rental agency for I/ITSEC. Click here for a downloadable  Rate and Information sheet, or click on the logo below to make your reservation now.

Rates are guaranteed from November 21 - December 8, 2011 subject to car availability. Government surcharges, taxes, tax reimbursment, title and license fee reimbursement and optional items such as refueling or additional driver fees, are extra. Advance reservations are (strongly) recommended. Minimum rental age is 25. Standard rental conditions and qualifications qualify.

Local Transportation Options (To/From Hotels and OCCC)

To get from your hotel to the West Complex (Halls A through B3) of the OCCC, you have several choices of transportation

• I/ITSEC will provide Shuttle Bus service to the properties listed above. (Schedules will be available at the hotels, and at the entrance to the conference registration area.)
• Very reasonable Public Transportation is available on the I-Ride trolley bus along International Drive. Check http://www.iridetrolley.com or your hotel for schedules.
• Your own or a rented vehicle. Limited parking available, $13.00 per passenger car per day. Pay for each re-entry. Oversized vehicles $25.00. Prices are subject to change.
• Most of the hotels are within walking distance (wear comfortable shoes).

BAGS Remote Airline Check-In

Check your bags and print Domestic Flight boarding passes with "Baggage Airline Guest Service" (B.A.G.S.). BAGS services can be used to check bags and print boarding passes for Air Tran, Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, Jet Blue, Southwest, United, and US Airways. This program, certified by the F.A.A. and T.S.A., is available at the Rosen  Centre, Rosen Plaza, and Rosen Shingle Creek.  Passenters must check in at the counter betwwn 3-10 hours prior to the flight, same day only. $10 per peerson, credit card required and standard airline luggage fees still apply.  B.A.G.S. will also be set up to provide this service near the I/ITSEC Registration Desk at the Orange County Convention Center on Thursday 1 December.
