Exhibit Hall Marketing
Exhibitor Hospitality Night, Tuesday 1630-1830
I/ITSEC 2012 will host its Third Annual Exhibitor Hospitality Night, Tuesday 4 December throughout the Exhibit Halls. Exhibitors will provide drinks and/or food inside their exhibit space for attendees visiting the exhibit floor. NTSA will publish participants on the exhibits website, via email communications to our visitor database, in the show catalog and onsite. Come join exhibitors and celebrate tastes from their home land!
If your company is interested in participation please contact Samantha Riemer at sriemer@ndia.org or via phone at (703) 247-9490 to obtain a submission form and instructions so that your company can be included in the program guide. Submittals received after 10 October will only be listed onsite via signage at the entrance to Exhibit Halls.

Innovation Showcase
NTSA is excited to offer the Innovation Showcase again for I/ITSEC 2011. The showcase will allow attendees to hear about the latest technology from the exhibiting companies. Attendees, please check back regularly for updated schedules of the Innovation Showcase to plan your time in the Exhibit Hall.
Exhibitors, if you are interested in participating in the Innovation Showcase for I/ITSEC 2012, we will take reservations on a first come first serve basis once the schedule is announced. Please contact Samantha Riemer at sriemer@ndia.org with to review schedule openings and request appointment.
